Kiri Joined the Sydney Fringe Festival team as Festival Manager. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge, ‘military-like’ time and project management skills and a massive love of spreadsheets.
Originally a full-time artist herself before a training injury put her crystal-encrusted dancing shoes to the side, Kiri has moved her energy into providing stage management, production and producing support for independent artists in the circus, cabaret, dance and theatre spaces. In addition to her creative endeavours, Kiri has been working as an event and marketing manager for over 10 years for both the corporate and non-profit sectors in a range of different industries.
Although these days she spends most of her time working behind the scenes you can still find Kiri grabbing the stage limelight when the opportunity arises with a hula hoop (or two) along with show stopping custom wearable technology costumes in the Sydney cabaret and burlesque scene
