Two estranged brothers who are brought together through grief and attempt to rebuild their relationship. Funny, dark and heart-warming, this story explores the idea of the unbreakable family bond.

Charles has dreams of being in a different life. He works at a service station and lives in a run down apartment by himself. He lives a life he’s desperate to escape. His life is thrown into chaos when his older brother, Larry, arrives on his doorstep after ten years of absence. Larry is on the road to recovery, his life to this point has been dominated by a heroin addiction which has seen him living on the streets. Larry’s arrival is three months after the death of the brothers’ mother. His absence for the death of their mother was well and truly felt by Charles whose want to forgive is obstructed by the anger he has for him.

‘Charles and Larry’ is a deep dive into the meaning of family, forgiveness and the resurrection of hope. Watch as these brothers attempt to revive a relationship that for all intents and purposes was lost.

Featuring the brilliant Lloyd Alison-Young and award winning and critically acclaimed writer Xavier Coy. Directed by theatre stall-ward Charlie Falkner with his company JackRabbit Productions . This show is one not to be missed.

Mr Coy is a writer of some exciting interest besides the fact that he is also a very intriguing actor. Kevin Jackson Theatre Diary - 'Buried'

The show is captivating in every moment. Suzy Goes See - 'Distorted'

'Are You Listening Now' is a complex message wrapped in deceptively simple theatre. It’s a modern take on an old narrative, but it has a subtle inner core that makes for an intelligent, sophisticated play. Lisa Thatcher - 'Are You Listening Now?'
