About this event
Strap-in to Mourning TV at Sydney Fringe Festival: Good Comedy, Bad Music. Great Time.

Morning television is dead. It is up to you to go back in time and save it.

Imagine if chat-GPT produced Sunrise using only inputs from the 1994 shopping channel and your diary. This is that show.

Witness the genuine and authentic Rian Howlett and Alana Howlett as they secure the throne of morning television. Traipsing a chaotic trail of interviews, in-studio performances, and field reporters trying 'that hot new thing'; join them as they attempt to lure their generation to daytime television.

This show is a real-time pitch for a very feasible and totally legitimate 1994 morning tv show.

The dialogue is clever, funny and well written. It may even lead you to question your own identity and life choices a little? Weekend Notes
