At The Sydney Fringe we know two things: that making art in the independent sector can be just as challenging as it is wonderful, and that when we come together as an industry and a community we can make real positive change.
We know this because we’ve been working with and for you to make that change for twelve years now, and our advocacy and pilot programs have resulted in regulatory change, new funding & development opportunities, and so much more.
As we emerge from two years of COVID into a totally transformed independent arts landscape we want to know: what are the burning issues affecting our community? What pilot programs can we run to test innovative new models? What programs would benefit you, and what should we be telling government about life and work in the independent arts?
This participatory forum is your opportunity to play a part in deciding what Sydney Fringe’s advocacy arm prioritises next, so register to be part of the conversation and join our facilitators for this digital workshop.
Live on Zoom (registration required). A Zoom link will be e-mailed to registered attendees. Please note: To ensure participants are comfortable to speak freely and for optimum digital efficiency this session will not be live streamed.
Presented in partnership with NIDA.
