How can I buy tickets for the Sydney Fringe Festival?
All tickets can be purchased online from 1st August on our Buy Tickets page. Some tickets to our feature shows go on sale throughout July and can be found on our Feature Events page. What credit cards are accepted?
We accept MasterCard and Visa debit and credit and AMEX.
Can I buy physical tickets?
No, you must purchase your tickets online.
I don’t have a printer at home, can I collect my tickets elsewhere?
You can show staff your e-ticket on your phone when you arrive at the venue.
Where should I stay during the Fringe?
Make yourself at home at The Urban Newtown, an edgy, industrial style boutique hotel in the heart of Newtown or choose something a bit differently at The Collectionist, with custom designed spaces, there is sure to be a new world experience to tempt you.

How do I find out the age restriction of a show?
Age restrictions are stated on the relevant event pages for each show.
Can tickets be exchanged or refunded?
We will only refund or exchange tickets in the event of a show cancellation. If you have purchased tickets to a show that has subsequently been cancelled, please await further instructions from our box office team.
Can I book tickets over the phone?
We do not operate a telephone box office but we are on hand to assist you. Contact details for our box office can we found here on our Contact Us page.
How can I register a show for Sydney Fringe Festival?
Offical registrations for 2018 have now closed. If you have a show that you would like to register please contact our Artist team directly <firstname.lastname@example.org>. Registrations for 2019 will open 1st March 2019.
Where can I get a copy of this years Festival Guide?
The festival guide is live from the 1st August and will be available in both print and digital formats. A list of locations where the guide can be found will be published on the website on the 1st August, as well as the digital reader.
