Four women. One hotel room. Decades apart.
Women checking into the escape room are searching for a way out, but history has taught us, maybe they’re safer inside.

As property developer, Aila Driscoll arrives at the hotel, tasked with assessing its potential for re-development, she learns about the ghosts of its past; the women who blazed the trails before her, while seeking refuge in this very room.

Hilarious and thought provoking, this one woman show draws on the experiences of real Australian women, from the turn of the century through to today.

You’ll laugh through your tears as Aila asks the question: how far have Australian women come? And if we never step outside the confines of the escape room, will anything really change?

Street parking and accessible parking near by, close to bus stops. Note there is an accessible bathroom but can only be accessed through the 'Living room'.
