About this event
Celebrate your love for country town Chinese restaurants at this Australian Chinese-style FEAST!

Join five of Australia's biggest Chinese restaurant fans for stories about prawn toast, deep fried ice cream, and more. Hosted by writer, comedian, and food enthusiast Jennifer Wong, this event celebrates her new book Chopsticks or Fork? (Hardie Grant), co-authored with Lin Jie Kong.

Expect road trip tales, revelations about your favourite dishes, and hilarious stories about lemon chicken and Peking duck. It'll be a prawn (cracker) of a night out!

Featuring Benjamin Law, Frida Deguise, Happy Feraren, Lin Jie Kong, and Michael Hing.

Doors open at 6pm for a 7pm start. Book sales and signings available from 6pm.

The menu will feature a variety of Australian Chinese dishes to share, with vegetarian options included. Due to the sharing nature of the feast, we kindly ask for your understanding that individual dietary requirements will be unable to be accommodated.
