Miss Havisham's Wedding Night is a one act mono-opera which combines Lights On Theatre’s unique style of shadow puppetry with Dominick Argento’s commanding score to illuminate one of literature's most misunderstood characters. This under-heard work is paired with the premiere of Pamphilia to Amphilanthus, a song cycle by award winning composer Jorde Heys set to the sonnets of transgressive 16th century poet Lady Mary Wroth.
