About this event
Step into a kinetic clash of bodies and algorithms.

Superposition by Jazmyn Carter and Gabriel Sinclair is a bold contemporary dance performance where movement meets machine. Caught in a magnetic push-and-pull, two performers spiral between connection and conflict — part duel, part duet.
Set against a reactive, cybernetic soundscape, this electrifying work explores what happens when human instinct collides with intelligent systems.

Blurring the line between science and art, Superposition is a visceral experience that invites you to feel the tension, intimacy, and possibility where flesh meets code.

Nominated for 2024 Green Room Awards for Outstanding Choreography, and nominations for 2024 Melbourne Fringe Festival Awards for Best Emerging Artist, and Best Dance and Physical Theatre.

Supported by Canberra Theatre Centre's NEW WORKS program.
