Registrations for The Sydney Fringe Festival 2023 are now open!

At this time, you will be asked to register your event online with SFF 2023 using the Eventotron Artist and Venue Registration, create a login, register your event and join the party.

 

IMPORTANT DATES

Event Presenters (Artists and Producers) Registration Opens

Wednesday, 15th March at 9am.

Early Bird Registration Closes

Monday, 10th April at 12am (midnight).

Registrations Close (General)

Sunday, 30th April at 12am (midnight).

Registrations Close (Access and First Nations Artists)

Sunday, 7th May at 12am (midnight).

 

The Early Bird registration fee starts at $240*. Come play with us, and be part of creating the vibrant and unique Sydney we all want to see. Immerse yourself in a world of art created by artists, for artists. Experience the unique storytelling of Sydney and be inspired by a diverse lineup of international talent.

*The base registration fee of $265 ($240 Early Bird) is required to finalise Event Registration Phase 1. You
are required to pay the minimum fee as a deposit when registering your event with the Sydney Fringe Festival.

Event Presenter Guide

First Nations Artists

We are here to meet, listen to and support our First Nations Artists however we can.

We also are here to help you navigate any cultural risks or opportunities that may arise in our event presenters work. We draw on our First Nations Advisory Panel for Advice as well as endeavour to provide additional resources and contacts to help facilitate your work.

For questions, queries or just to have a yarn please email First Nations Coordinator Erica Brennan erica@sydneyfringe.com. She works part time but is online and contactable between 9am and 5pm Tuesday & Thursday

Erica also has open office hours between 10am & 2pm on Thursday for anyone to come and have a yarn. Fringe Offices are located on Level One of the Marrickville Town Hall 303 Marrickville Rd, Marrickville.

Producer Support Sessions

The Sydney Fringe’s producer support sessions program is available to registered Festival artists each year.

Our free eight-part pre-festival presenter support session series provides detailed hands-on advice to guide you through the registration process to prepare and produce your SFF event.

The series covers topics such as production budgets, legal, technical and design considerations, marketing and ticketing strategies  Keep your eyes and ears open for more information on 2023 classes.

Access for Artists 

Sydney Fringe is committed to increasing our accessibility.

If you are a Producer or artist with a disability and require assistance registering your event on our online platforms, or if you would like to discuss how we can accommodate your access requirements during festival season, please email artists@sydneyfringe.com or call our office 0278134527.

Accessibility logos will be made available to Sydney Fringe presenting Producers for marketing and promotion.
