1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Sydney Fringe Incorporated (ABN 16 393 987 277), 303 Marrickville Road, Marrickville NSW 2204 (“Sydney Fringe”).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Sydney Fringe, and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 20 October 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30 November 2025 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.
4. Entry
To enter the promotion, individuals must complete the giveaway entry form available through approved promotional channels during the Promotional Period. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prize
The prize consists of one (1) Fringe Golden Ticket, which entitles the winner to 1 ticket to every Sydney Fringe Festival show during the 2026 Festival
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Prize Conditions
The prize is valid only for the 2026 Sydney Fringe Festival.
Seat availability is subject to show capacity and may be limited on high-demand dates.
The Golden Ticket may not be resold or transferred.
Use of the ticket is subject to Sydney Fringe’s standard ticketing terms and venue entry conditions.
7. Draw and Notification
The winner will be drawn at random by Sydney Fringe staff on 1 November 2025 and will be notified by email or phone by 11:59pm AEST on 4 November 2025. If the winner does not respond within five (5) days, a new winner may be drawn at Sydney Fringe’s discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sydney Fringe and all partners involved in this promotion will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from or in connection with the competition or the prize.
10. Disqualification
Sydney Fringe reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or engages in any unlawful or improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
