same girl: online now' is an improvised comedy show from the winners of Improv Theatre Sydney’s 2025 Smackdown Championship.

We take real audience stories of their formative experiences on early social media (think MSN, MySpace, and Facebook), and use them to inspire original comedic scenes. The show is a 2000s fever dream filled with matching Britney shirts, butterfly clips, and a soundtrack featuring the likes of Stacie Orrico and JoJo.
