Choosing a Venue

So you’ve gone through our documents and all roads led to ‘Yes’? Yay! We’re thrilled to have you on board and ready to help you register for Sydney Fringe Festival.
But now you are jumping online and have no idea what Eventotron is or what you need to do in the registration. Well we are going to step through what you need to do.

 

Head to Eventotron

Eventotron is the Artist and Venue Registration software that The Sydney Fringe uses to gather all the data from artists and venues. It is the source of truth for all things events in the festival. It helps us program your show, learn more about you, gather marketing information and build your ticketing. It may be a new software for you but we promise it is easy to step through.

If you are a New Artists/Producers to the platform make a login to Eventotron.com. This is where all of our registration information is collected. It’s a very smart system that helps form the basis of our website.
If you are a new user:

1. Head to Eventotron

2. If you are a new user click ‘Register’ and enter your details.

3. Click on the ‘Festivals & Seasons’ tab at the top of the screen around the middle, and search for Sydney Fringe Festival 2025.

4. Click ‘Apply’

5. If you are creating a new event click ‘My event is already in Eventotron’ and select your event in the drop down OR ‘I’m creating a new event’ and type the events name.

6. Click Next and this will bring you to the Application phase of Eventotron. (see below video for a walkthrough)
