1) The Sydney Fringe x Ingenia Holiday Parks Giveaway (“Promotion”) is conducted jointly by Sydney Fringe Ltd (“Sydney Fringe”) and Ingenia Holiday Parks (“Ingenia”).

2) The Promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 13 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 18 October 2026.

3) Entry is free and open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Sydney Fringe and Ingenia Holiday Parks are not eligible to enter.

4) To enter the Promotion, participants must complete the online entry form during the promotional period and provide their full name, email address, phone number and postcode. Limit of one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated.

5) By entering the Promotion, participants acknowledge and agree that their personal information will be shared between Sydney Fringe and Ingenia Holiday Parks for the purposes of administering the Promotion. Entrants also consent to being added to the marketing mailing lists of both Sydney Fringe and Ingenia Holiday Parks and may receive promotional communications from each organisation. Participants may unsubscribe from either mailing list at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in marketing communications or by contacting the relevant organisation directly. Personal information will otherwise be collected, used and stored in accordance with the respective privacy policies of Sydney Fringe and Ingenia Holiday Parks.

6) The Promotion includes five (5) weekly Sydney Fringe Kids Family Passes, each valued at AUD $100, and one (1) Ingenia Holiday Parks Gift Card valued at AUD $1,000.

7) Five (5) weekly prize winners and one (1) major prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. Weekly prize draws will be conducted throughout the Promotion, with the major prize draw conducted following the conclusion of the Sydney Fringe Kids program. Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of entry. The draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8) By entering the Promotion, participants consent to Sydney Fringe and Ingenia Holiday Parks publishing the first name, surname initial and suburb (or postcode) of prize winners on their respective websites, social media channels, email newsletters and other marketing channels for the purpose of announcing winners.

9) Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable, Sydney Fringe and Ingenia Holiday Parks reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

10) Sydney Fringe and Ingenia Holiday Parks reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

11) Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
