Taryn Williams is a non-executive director of The Sydney Fringe Incorporated and a member of its Governance, Finance, Audit and Risk Committee. She is a founder and CEO with over two decades of experience across talent, media, and technology, having built and exited theright.fit (Airtree VC backed) and The Influencers Agency in 2023. She founded Wink Models in 2007 and remains its CEO. Taryn also sits on the board of Next25, where she chairs the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee, and works as a growth advisor to scaling companies. She holds a Graduate qualification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and completed Harvard Business School’s Competing in the Age of AI programme.
