Chelsea’s has more than 25 years of broad finance experience across internal controls, governance, financial reporting, tax, treasury, and insurance. Her most recent experience has focused on balance sheet and risk management and raising debt to deliver complex financial and commercial outcomes for multi-year, multi-billion-dollar energy projects.
Chelsea has a Bachelor of Economics (USYD) and is also a Chartered Accountant (CAANZ), Certified Treasurer (CCTA) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
Chelsea was appointed to the Board of The Sydney Fringe in July 2023.
