Can’t attend your event anymore? Sydney Fringe offers exchanges to another date of the same production 72 hours prior to your scheduled performance, and you can do it all online!
Exchanges are subject to availability and a $3 per ticket exchange fee.
Log into your Sydney Fringe ticketing account below to exchange your tickets. If you haven’t done a ticket exchange with us before, we’d recommend you’d read our step-by-step guide below.
How to Exchange:
- Log into your Sydney Fringe ticketing account via the link above
- Click ‘Tickets’ on the left of your account page
- Select the ticket you want to exchange (if you want to exchange multiple tickets for one event, be sure to select all of them)
- Click ‘Exchange’ on the header
- Choose the new date from the options below and select a ticket price that is equal to, or greater than your original ticket and click ‘Add to Cart’
- Check that all the details are correct and click ‘Checkout’
- Input your card details for payment of the transaction fee and click ‘Confirm Booking’ at the bottom of the page. Your new tickets will be in your inbox in seconds
FAQ’s
Q. Can I exchange my tickets to another production?
A. Ticket(s) can only be exchanged between different dates in the same production. This is so your money continues to support the same Fringe artist.
Q. The website says my ticket is not valid for exchange, why?
A. You may be under the 72-hour cut-off window for exchanges, or your ticket(s) may be a special price that’s not exchangeable. If you’re not within the 72-hour period contact our Box Office for assistance.
Q. I purchased my tickets with a discount code. Does it still apply for exchanges?
A. If the discount code is still valid you just need to enter the code in the discount section to unlock the discounted price. If the code has expired, you will have to pay the pre-discounted price for your new ticket(s).
